We are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

Postions:Racers: The entry level position of our group, as a member you are the user of our tracks (You are NOT allowed to post your own tracks in our forums)
Map Makers: In order to have your map an official HaloTracks map you must be a Map Maker.
Elite Map Makers: The section of elite map makers and designers in our group that make some of the best tracks.
Head Map Maker: In charge or reviewing the applications to become a map maker.
Testers: In charge of reviewing and rating the Map Maker's tracks.
Elite Tester: The section of elite testers in our group that make some of the best and most in depth reviews.
Head Tester: In charge of all of the testers.
Elite Members: A member who is a Map Maker and Tester.
Head Member: A highly active member within the group that is at least a map maker or tester. Basically, the HR with a bit of PR thrown in.
RACETRACKS Map Makers: Small talented group of forgers selected from the Map Makers.
Group Founder: The main moderator and founder of the group (c u l8er)
How to Become the Position:Racer: Register on HaloTracks.org
Map Maker: You may sign up to be a Map Maker
here. The Head Map Maker will review you. Be sure to follow all the rules and guidlines to becoming a Map Maker.
Elite Map Maker: You have to be an active Map Maker AND Tester that has made at least 25 tracks and has at least one track with 1,000+ downloads and done at least 5 reviews or you can also be upgraded for doing good this for the group. Only your Head Map Maker or Admin can upgrade you.
Head Map Maker: Review one of the map maker applications. You can also help the Head Map Maker with Map Maker applications. You will not be upgraded over night you must be trusted and that takes time. Only your Group Founder can promote you to a Head Map Maker.
Tester: You may sign up to be a Tester
here. The Head Tester will review you. Be sure to follow all the rules and guidlines to becoming a Tester.
Elite Testers: You have to be an active Tester AND Map Maker. contact your Head tester for more information on how to become an Elite tester.
Head Tester: Become an extremely active tester and be endorsed by the current Head Testers. Only the Group Founder can promote you to a Head Tester.
Elite Member: Become a Map Maker and a Tester.
Head Member: Be an extremely active member within the community, has done things for the group that are very beneficial, and has the time to deal with the entire group. Ex: If you have a job that requires you to focus on it more, than this isn't for you. The final decision is decided by the moderators, admins, and any existing Head Members.
RACETRACKS Map Makers: If you are a Map Maker who is consistently making awesome tracks, has revolutionary ideas, and are active in the group. One of the current RACETRACKS Map Makers will begin to communicate with you about becoming a RACETRACKS Map Maker and the responsibilities of the position. There are going to be very few people with this position so they should be respected and don't ask if you can become one.
Group Founder: C u l8er (Cardio King) is the only one with the position and you have no chance of getting it.
The Status of the Positions:Racers: We have many in-active members, we always need more active members.
Map Makers: The more Map Makers the better. New Map Makers will always be wanted.
Elite Map Maker We have very few/none of these.
Head Map Maker: Open for more.
Testers: Open for more.
Elite Tester: Open for more
Head Testers: Were are fine for now.
Elite Members: Its up to you.
Head Members: Not necessary at this time.
RACETRACKS Map Makers: Soon we will need more.
Group Founder: We will never need more of these.
General Rules:1. Know ALL the rules and check them regularly, they will update.
2. Post all of you maps in our format.
3. Do not bump your topics in the public forums.
4. Conduct yourself in a professional manner.
5. Do not post in the forums like your on arby n chief.
4. Read all of the stickies before posting.
5. Don't spam or double post.
6. Do not spam the shout box, that is 3 posts in a row or a shout with repeating content.
7. Do not trash talk over xbl.
8. Do not create your own racing group and get members from HaloTracks to join.
9. Do not advertise anything other than you maps.
10. Do not post maps unless you are a Map Maker.
11. Do not talk bad about another member over anything.
12. Do not post content other than your own.
13. Do not steal other peoples maps.
14. Do not abuse power that is given to you.
15. No racism, sexism, or pranks.
16. Do not create topics under the wrong discussion forum.
17. Do not tamper with or modify anything on HaloTracks.
18. Do what your superiors tell you to do.
19. Know the punishment for violating any of the rules.
20. New rules are in effect 2 days after they are published.
21. Do not make multiple accounts.
22. Do not steal from others.
23. When registering only use your gamertag.
Signature Rules1. All signatures must abide by all of the forum rules.
2. Signatures must be 500 x 200 or less.
3. No porn or inappropriate content.
4. Signatures must not have more than 8 lines.
5. No more that 4 images.
6. Signatures must not alter or stretch the website.
7. No distracting signatures.
8. Font size no larger than 4.
9. You may advertise your maps.
10. You may not advertise content other than Halo related.
Punishments:1. Waning level can only go up and can not be decreased.
2. You will get a message on what you did to get that warning this message will be stored for future use.
3. Any violation of Any rule will get your warning level increased.
4. Your warning level increases by 10% each time you break a rule.
5. Multiple rules can be broken and your warning level can jump from 20% to 90%.
6. Depending on what you do, say breaking rule 17, can get you an automatic 90% ban.
7. 100% can only be obtained when we have 90% permabanned but after you keep bypassing our banning methods. We will do the things on the list in order from left to right until you leave us alone.
8. Any attempt to get around your current ban or suspension will get you more time behind HaloTracks bars.
9. Withholding knowledge or not telling the forum moderators about another member breaking any rule will get you in trouble.
10% - 1 day suspension, no posting.
20% - 3 day suspension, no posting.
30% - 1 week suspension, no posting.
40% - 1 week ban, cant view much.
50% - 2 week ban, cant view much.
60% - 3 week ban, cant view much.
70% - 4 week ban, cant view much.
80% - Banned. You can come back but it is highly unlikely.
90% - Permabanned, IP ban.
100% - The final solution. IP ban, contact XBL, contact Bungie, letters and phone call to your house, user submitted to IP flaming websites and programs.
Submitting a track to the public forums:Publish your track to the files forums, You need to have this in your post you may also add stuff. Remember our first goal keep the group looking clean.
Map short description: Before uploading your map to your fileshare you should always put www.
Halo
Tracks.org at the end of your map description.
Topic title: HaloTracks - "TrackName" on MapName, (Custom Area)
Custom Area, can include by c u l8er, # of downloads, With youtube video, say what every you want to say. So an example would look like: "HaloTracks - "WallRider" on Foundry, (Features: Uncheatable, Shield Door Elevator, and Starting gate)"
Body: The title of your body should be your map name and bold it. Your description should be very descriptive. How many jumps? Is it fun? why should i download it? What makes it better than the rest of the maps on bungie. exc. Use 10+ sentences to describe
